Glenhaven, like all Healthscope Community Program supports, encourages young people, their families, friends and significant others to be actively involved in determining how life will be lead. Young people are encouraged to bring personal items to make their room more comfortable and to maximize their independence by completing daily activities and other tasks.  Glenhaven Community House consists of:

• 15 individual units with en-suites
• Home like environment with full safety and security systems, including staff paging system and fire sprinkler systems
• Fully air-conditioned and heated
• Paved courtyards and garden area
• Ideal suburban location close to shops, transport and other community facilities
• Fully functional and accessible kitchen
• TV lounge area, Cable TV to all rooms
• Large dining area and recreation room
• Quiet lounge meeting room
• BBQ facilities
• Mini Bus for client transportation and programs

Support is always available including access to Attendant Care services providing one on one support for recreation and leisure pursuits in the community.
