Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program


The mood and anxiety disorder program provides patients with a structured group program aimed at reducing the impact of depression and anxiety.  The program educates patients about the causes of depression and anxiety and teaches them how to effectively manage the debilitating symptoms.  Treatments may include Pharmacotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

The mood & anxiety outpatient program is currently held on Monday and  Thursday for patients with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.  If you are unable to attend these days we will arrange a suitable alternative.

This program is offered to both inpatients and outpatients.
