HE has already given his mum the biggest surprise of her life. Booming six-day-old Xavier Upton, whose family has just moved to Adelaide, looks more like six months old. He tipped the scales at a whopping 5.67kg (121b8oz) when he was born last uesday, making him the biggest baby ever born at Bundoora's Northpark Private Hospital and the second-largest born in Victoria this year.
