Service Excellence @ Healthscope Recognition Awards 2011

Have you or a member of your family received extra special care from the staff at a Healthscope hospital, medical centre or pathology collection centre?

If so, we invite you to nominate the staff member or team for the Service Excellence @ Healthscope Recognition Awards 2011.

Perhaps the staff member went above and beyond the call of duty, taking the time to listen to your concerns or reassure you. They may have taken the time to explain something you didn’t understand or simply showed kindness, respect and courtesy at a vulnerable time when it was needed most.

Any of these are good reasons to share your experience with us and make a nomination for the Service Excellence @ Healthscope Recognition Awards 2011 in the Patient Choice category.
