Our specialised programs include:

Orthopaedic Program: This is aimed at achieving the highest level of physical function following total hip replacement and revision; surgery for a fractured neck or femur; total knee replacement and revision; spinal surgery; other orthopaedic surgery; a road traffic accident or a severe fall or non-surgical procedure, arthritis or soft tissue injury and trauma.

Cardiac and Respiratory Care Programs: This programme aims to maximise physical and functional recovery so that clients can achieve a lifestyle that is satisfying and as productive as possible.

Amputee Program: This program is specially designed to assess and efficiently manage the mechanical, functional and emotional aspects of patients after experiencing amputation.

Neurological Program: Designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities including stroke; Multiple Sclerosis; Parkinson’s Disease; brain injury; spinal injury or neurological conditions.

Restorative Program: This program is designed for clients who have experienced acute surgery, prolonged hospitalisation, complex illness or a catastrophic medical condition (please discuss with our Rehabilitation Co-ordinator).

Pain Management Program: These structured inpatient and outpatient programs are supervised by a consultant in rehabilitation medicine and implemented by a multidisciplinary team with set goals to control or manage chronic pain conditions such as back pain.

Day Rehabilitation Program:  We offer a combination of Day Rehabilitation Programmes and hydrotherapy group sessions.  Our Day Rehabilitation Programmes are available to patients with a wide range of different conditions.  These are group based sessions conducted in our comprehensively equipped treatment gyms and hydrotherapy pool.

Our Day Rehabilitation Team includes Multi Disciplinary therapy and education from Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietician, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist and specific nurse educators.  All patients are overseen in their programme by a Rehabilitation Specialist.

Our groups include: - Orthopaedic, Reconditioning, Pulmonary, Cardiac, Back Care, Diabetic, Sub Acute Neurological and Chronic Neurological as well as supervised and unsupervised hydrotherapy.

Hydrotherapy: The warmth and buoyancy of water has a valuable therapeutic effect on pain, movement, muscle strength and tone. We use ‘state-of-the-art’ sterilisation by ultraviolet light.

Gymnasium: Our large fully equipped gymnasium is available and is an integral component of the rehabilitation programs.
