Your stay with us

When your doctor arranges elective admission to Brisbane Waters Private Hospital, you will be given an admission form to be completed and returned to the hospital as soon as possible (at least 48 hours prior to your surgical admission).

The staff at reception will organise a suitable pre-admission clinic appointment if required. One day prior to your day of admission you will be contacted by phone regarding your admission.  They will let you know what time to arrive, what items to bring with you and will be able to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have about your stay with us. On arrival, please visit our main reception staff.

We constantly measure our patients’ satisfaction with the medical care and services they receive, and we seek ways to improve how we meet their expectations.  As a patient or former patient, you may be asked to respond to a questionnaire designed to gauge your level of satisfaction with our hospital.  We hope you will take the few minutes required to complete the survey.  Your comments are important to us.
