Lady Davidson Private Hospital is an affiliated teaching hospital of the University of Sydney.  Academic excellence is a part of our culture.  Hospital medical officers provide on-site medical coverage. A medical officer is on-call 24 hours a day after hours.

Rehabilitation specialists visit the hospital regularly and conduct rounds of patients under their care.  The hospital is also visited by many other specialists including cardiologists, respiratory physicians, gastroenterologists, neurologists, geriatricians, psychiatrists and surgeons among others, to ensure your specific medical needs are addressed.

Inpatient rehabilitation is suitable for patients who have functional disability, need the support of a medical facility and nursing care, particularly following recent illness or surgery.

Outpatient and day rehabilitation is suitable for patients who have established rehabilitation needs but do not need the support of inpatients medical or nursing care.
