About The Sydney Clinic
Our staff provide the highest standards of care for our patients, and this means getting the fundamentals right. From the moment they enter our hospital, all patients are treated with dignity and respect as well as receiving the best possible care. All requests are paramount and we will endeavour to comply with your needs.
The Sydney Clinic is a modern recently renovated facility. We have 40 private and two shared rooms with an ensuite in each room. All our private and shared rooms have personal telephones and nurse call facilities. Local calls are free of charge and mobile/ STD calls are made at a cost. Some of our facilities include:

Mail is posted daily from reception, while incoming mail is given to the Nursing Unit Manager to distribute.
The Sydney Clinic is an accredited member of the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS), who work with us in establishing standards and procedures, which underpin our primary goal to provide the best quality of service and care.
We constantly measure our patient’s satisfaction with regard to the care and services they receive, and we seek ways to improve how we meet their expectations. As a patient or a former patient you may be asked to gauge your level of satisfaction with our hospital facilities or services.
