What makes The Sydney Clinic special
Inpatient careSome patients may require inpatient treatment (staying overnight for a period of time in the clinic). Patients who experience acute symptoms may require urgent intervention and often inpatient care, however once the acute symptoms have resolved and the patient has stabilised they can attend as an outpatient. Outpatient careSome patients may be treated as an outpatient (attending the clinic during the day and staying at home overnight), while others may require a combination of both. Programmes are run during the day, at night and also on the weekend to accommodate and work around patient’s outside commitments. Outreach careSome patients may require the services of our outreach clinician. Our outreach clinician visits patients in their home environment. Regular visits assist patients in preventing relapse and reinforce skills learnt in the other programs offered at the clinic.
