Visitor information

Parking for patients is available under Pacific Private Hospital (entrance off Cougal Street).   A number of two-hour car parking areas are available surrounding the hospital.  Cars parked in disabled car spaces must display a valid permit.  Drop off can occur at the admissions entrance.  Surfside Bus Service stops outside Pacific Private Day Hospital.  The bus timetable is available from Surfside Bus Service (phone: 13 12 30). 
 

Visiting hours

To accommodate family and friends, visiting hours extend from 10.00am to 8.00pm daily.  After regular visiting hours, visitors must enter through the basement car park after contacting the ward via intercom and check in with the security officer who can escort them to the patient’s room.

Visitors may be required to follow certain procedures, depending on the condition of the patient.  The nursing staff will provide specific instructions for visiting these patients.  Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the hospital.
