Your Stay with us

Your doctor arranges admission to Pacific Private Day Hospital and you will be given an admission form to be completed and returned to the hospital as soon as possible (at least 48 hours prior to your admission).

The staff of our Pre-Admission Clinic will contact you by telephone prior to your day of admission.  They will let you know what time to arrive and what items to bring with you.  They will be able to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have about your stay with us.  On arrival, please visit our main reception staff on Level 1.
