Visitor information
Car parking is available in visitor’s car park, which is situated at the front and rear of the hospital and is free of any charges. Regular bus services operate along the Main Road (Hornibrook Bus Service no. 680 & 682). The nearest train station is situated at Strathpine. Timetables and route details are available at reception. Reception is also able to book or call a taxi if required.
Visiting hours
Visiting hours are Monday to Saturday 3.00pm to 10.00pm and Sundays 10.00am to 8.00pm. Visits to the Mental Health Unit outside these hours need to be discussed with the patient's treating team.
Visitors may be required to follow certain procedures, depending on the condition of the patient. The nursing staff will provide specific instructions for visiting these patients. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the hospital.
