Your stay with us

Your General Practitioner or Specialist can refer you for admission to Dorset Rehabilitation Centre.  All referred patients will be seen by our Rehabilitation Liaison Coordinator for assessment to determine a program that will be suitable for your needs.  The Rehabilitation Liaison Coordinator will be able to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have about your stay with us.

Alternatively, if you are being admitted to Dorset Rehabilitation Centre directly from home, our staff will contact you on the day prior to your admission to let you know what time to arrive and what items to bring with you.  On arrival, please register at our main reception.

We constantly measure our patients’ satisfaction with regard to the care and services they receive, and we seek ways to improve how we meet their expectations.  As a patient or former patient, you may be asked to respond to a questionnaire designed to gauge your level of satisfaction with our hospital facilities or services.  We hope you will take the few minutes required to complete the survey.  Your comments are important to us.  Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
