Your stay with us

A Rehabilitation Assessor will perform an onsite clinical assessment and arranges admission to North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre.  You will be given an information brochure and be invited to tour the hospital prior to admission. On admission, you will need to bring:  

• Medicare card
• Pension/DVA card
• Insurance membership number
• Toiletries/shaving kit
• Nightwear
• Normal street day wear and flat heeled shoes
• Medication
• Respiratory support appliances
