Bellbird Private Hospital is a fully licensed 55-bed acute medical and surgical facility, which also includes a well-utilised Day Procedure Unit. We provide support and expert care in all areas of General Medicine, Acute and Elective Surgery and Day Procedures. Our dedicated nursing staff are highly skilled in all specialties of surgery and general medicine, which enables us to manage admissions 24 hours per day, seven days per week, from local emergency departments, our committed General Practitioners and devoted Bellbird specialists.

This consistency of care to a broad range of specialties enables our staff to manage all patients professionally and confidently at Bellbird Private Hospital. We have dedicated Case Managers to ensure a trouble free admission, hospital stay and comfortable discharge. Our Case Managers specialise in Pre-admission, Orthopaedics and Medical Case Management. Their extensive knowledge and resources in our local community ensures Bellbird leads the field in this area of patient care and allows us to maintain excellence in service delivery and patient care.

Our Day Procedure Unit provides a high standard of quality care and patient service, whilst maintaining a friendly relaxed but professional atmosphere. We encourage one member of your family or a close friend to accompany you to the theatre complex. Alternatively our staff will ensure your nominated contact person is informed of your progress and pick up times. You will be offered light refreshments before going home, from our award-winning five-star Kitchen at Bellbird Private.
