Accreditation

Allamanda Private Hospital is accredited with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (www.achs.org.au). Following our most recent survey in September 2006 we received a full four-year accreditation and a confirmation of continuation of the four year status at Periodic Review in September 2008.

Allamanda Private Hospital strives for continuous improvement in the quality of its services. We have developed and are continually reviewing our quality action plan to achieve this. Some of the key projects include:

• Improving the graduate nursing program
• "Customer First" program
• Implementation of Bedside Nursing Handover throughout the hospital
