Patient fees

North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre is recognised by all major health funds (with the exception of HBA) that will reimburse all treatment costs depending on your level of coverage. We can provide you with an estimate of hospital charges and outline the level of cover by your fund and any out-of-pocket expenses you may incur.

Prior approval is sought for compensable patients (i.e. TAC, Workcover or DVA). We realise hospital and related charges can sometimes be difficult to understand, so please ask for assistance, we are most happy to help you. As a Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran Partnering hospital we also provide help and support through the local Veteran Liaison Officer.
