Patient fees

Parkwynd Private Hospital is recognised by all major health funds that will reimburse all treatment costs depending on your level of coverage.  All privately insured patients’ accounts are forwarded directly to the health fund on your behalf.  We can provide you with an estimate of hospital charges and outline the level of cover by your fund and any out-of-pocket expenses you may incur.

Prior approval is sought for compensable patients (i.e. Workcover, Third Party or DVA).  Private payment is also accepted.  We realise hospital and related charges can sometimes be difficult to understand, so please ask for assistance, we are most happy to help you.
