Visitor information
The multi-storey car park provides extended parking facilities close to all hospital services. There are five-minute drop off parks at the front of the hospital for your convenience.
The nearest train station is situated on the Lilydale line at Ringwood East, approximately one kilometre from the hospital. Reception is also able to book or call a taxi if required.
Visiting hours
Family and friends may visit between 3.00pm to 5.00pm and 7.00pm to 8.30pm. Rest hour for all patients is from 1.30pm to 2.30pm daily. Please note that patients cannot receive telephone call or visitors during this time. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the hospital.
Visitors may be required to follow certain procedures, depending on the condition of the patient. The nursing staff will provide specific instructions for visiting these patients. Out of hours visiting can be arranged with the nursing staff.
