Patient fees

Private health insurance enables you to be treated by the doctor of your choice.  The many changes in health insurance funds can lead to confusion about the level of private health insurance cover you hold.  Our admission staff are available to assist you is you require more information.

Prior approval is sought for compensable patients (i.e. Workcover or Allianz Third Party).  Private payment is also accepted.  We realise hospital and related charges can sometimes be difficult to understand, so please ask for assistance, we are most happy to help you.

As a Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran Partnering hospital, you have immediate access to our care, without the need for prior approval in most cases.
