Mosman Private Hospital is accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (www.achs.org.au). Following our most recent accreditation survey on 29-30 November 2005, we were pleased to receive the following commendations:

MPH executive and managers are commended on approach to HR management
Level of reporting of clinical indicators, especially level 1 ulcers.
Manual handling initiatives.

Mosman Private Hospital strives for continuous improvement in the quality of its services. We have developed and are continually reviewing our quality action plan to achieve this. Some of the key projects include:

Doctor satisfaction survey
IT staff survey
Data collection and collation of internal audits for medical ward on computer, managed by night nursing staff.
