Priority Admission Service

The Mount Hospital Priority Admission Service is a one stop emergency access system which enables URGENT CARDIAC OR RESPIRATORY patients to be assessed by our Medical Officer immediately and directly admitted to our coranary care unit.

This service is available for privately insured or DVA patients.

Persons experiencing symptoms can be immediately admitted to the hospital for care and treatment without a medical referral and without needing to present at an emergency department.

If you experience any chest pain or breathing difficulties, present immediately to the hospital or direct the ambulance to the hospital.
