Visitor information
Free on-site car parking is available in the visitors’ car park, which is situated adjacent to the hospital. Regular bus services operate along Darebin Road (route 150). The nearest train station is situated at Ivanhoe. Timetables and route details are available at reception. Reception is also able to book or call a Taxi if required. Alcohol and illicit drugs not permitted on our premises.
Visiting hours
To accommodate family and friends, visiting hours are from 11.00am to 4.00pm Sundays after the client has been in treatment for their first seven days.
Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the hospital. Visitors may be required to follow certain procedures, depending on the condition of the patient. The nursing staff will provide specific instructions for visiting these patients. Patient visitors are encouraged to call prior to attending the hospital.
