Your stay with us
We suggest that you bring the following items when you are admitted to The Victorian Addiction Centre:
- Medicare card, insurance details and pension numbers
- Referral letters
- Toiletries including soap
- Appropriate clothing and footwear
- Medications
- Coins for the pay phone
- Travel clock (without radio)
- Your own doona & pillow if you wish
- Money to cover outings
We constantly measure our patients’ satisfaction in regard to the care and services they receive, and we seek ways to improve how we meet their expectations. As a patient or former patient, you may be asked to respond to a questionnaire designed to gauge your level of satisfaction with our hospital facilities or services.
