Your stay with us

We accept referrals from medical practitioners, allied health professionals, nursing staff and insurance companies.  Individuals and families may also make referrals.

You will be attending therapies during the day and will be encouraged to be as independent as possible.  The nurses and your therapists will show you ways to increasing your independence but will always be available to provide you with the necessary assistance or supervision.

You will be required to wear your normal clothes and will be encouraged to remain out of your bed during the day.  If you are having hydrotherapy, don’t forget your bathing suit.

We constantly measure our patients’ satisfaction in regard to the care and services they receive, and we seek ways to improve how we meet their expectations.  As a patient or former patient, you may be asked to respond to a questionnaire designed to gauge your level of satisfaction with our hospital facilities or services.  We hope you will take the few minutes required to complete the survey.  Your comments are important to us.  Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
