Visiting hours
Patients at the Mount Hospital are usually acutely ill or have undergone major surgical procedures. In order for our patients to receive the best possible care and treatment for their illness or surgery, it is imperative they are allowed to rest.
It is for this reason that the hospital maintains a strict visitors policy.
General visiting hours are between 4pm and 8pm.
Patient rest period is between 1pm and 3pm daily and visitors will not be admitted to the hospital without PRIOR approval of the Nurse Manager during this rest period.
