Your stay with us

Your doctor is responsible for arranging your admission to the National Capital Private Hospital.  You will be given an admission form to be completed and returned to the hospital as soon as possible (at least 48 hours prior to your admission).  If pre-admission clinic is required our staff will contact you prior to your day of admission (either by phone or they may request that you make a brief visit to the hospital at a mutually convenient time.)  The Bookings manager will let you know what time to arrive, and fasting time if you are scheduled for surgery.  The admissions staff will contact you to confirm these details on the evening before your surgery.

On your admission form it clearly highlights what you may need to bring into hospital with you.  Our pre-admission staff will be able to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have about your stay with us.  On arrival, please visit our main reception staff so that your admission can be processed.

We constantly measure our patients’ satisfaction with in regard to the care and services they receive.  We continually seek ways to improve how we meet their expectations.  As a patient, you may be asked to respond to a questionnaire designed to gauge your level of satisfaction with our hospital facilities or services.  We hope you will take the few minutes required to complete the survey. Your comments are important to us.  Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
